Marcel Spieskeis a doctoral candidate and research assistant at the Chair of Corporate Finance at Johannes Gutenberg-University Mainz. His research interests lie in behavioral and experimental economics and finance, with a particular focus on decision-making under uncertainty, skewness preferences, the role of complexity, and the interaction between humans and AI.

Marcel Spieske holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management and a master's degree in International Economics and Public Policy of the Johannes Gutenberg-University Mainz.
